Need to know where to pay, how to pay, or have a query about our bill? Here is some useful information that may help.

Where can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill at Logic's payment locations at the Television Centre or Governor's Square. You can also register and pay your bill online with Scotia, RBC, Cayman National, and Butterfield. You can also pay at RBC, Scotia, or Cayman National Bank Branches, at any Butterfield ATM, or at any Post Office. Once I start e-billing, can I change back to receiving a printed bill in the regular post?

Yes, you can change back at any time by contacting Customer Care. Your statement will include the $2 fee for printed bills going forward.

Why does my account sometimes show a late payment when I pay online or through my bank?

It can take a few days for payments to be processed when they are made through your bank.  To avoid any late fees when paying online or through your bank be sure to make your payment 3 day before the due date.

Why is my bill more (or less) than usual?

There are various reasons why your bill amount can be different:

  • If you've recently changed your service, pro-rated charges may be shown on your bill. Pro-rated charges are partial monthly charges and ensure that you will only be charged for the number of days the services were used for that billing period.
  • If your service was just installed, you might see one-time fees included for installation or activation of services.
  • Your promotional price may have changed, as a result your monthly charge could be different than what you expected. Learn more about our current promotions and special offers!
  • If you have purchased Pay-Per-View programming, please review your bill for movie titles and/or live events and the date on whic they were purchased.

Do I still pay my bill to Logic?

Yes, we will notify our customers of any changes as soon as they are confirmed. It will take a few months for these adjustments to take place. We appreciate your patience in this process.

Will my direct debit payment still be in place with Logic?

Yes, nothing will be changed for the next couple of months. We will inform customers, if and when, payment procedures change.

What date is my bill now due? Does that change?

For now, all billing and disconnect dates will remain the same. We will contact you if and when these changes are made.

Will the payment locations change for customers to pay their bills?

Please continue to pay your bill as usual – both Logic and Logic have payment offices at Governor’s Square and Logic has a payment office at their main building of Eastern Avenue.

Where can I pay for my Logic services?

You can pay your bill at any of our payment locations. Cash payments will be charged a nominal cash handling fee.

Can I sign up for ebilling?

How does ebilling work?

Simply sign up for ebilling and receive notification of your bill by email each month. You will be asked to click in a link to get on our customer site, which will display your bill as well as other account information.

Can I still get my bill in the mail?

Yes, but there is a $2.00 per month charge for physical bills mailed to customers, commencing July 1st, 2011. You may sign up for free electronic bill by clicking here.

What are other Logic charges I may see on my bill?
