You can pay your bill at Logic's payment locations at the Television Centre or Governor's Square. You can also register and pay your bill online with Scotia, RBC, Cayman National, and Butterfield. You can also pay at RBC, Scotia, or Cayman National Bank Branches, at any Butterfield ATM, or at any Post Office. And you can also pay by Direct Debit. Yes, you can change back at any time by contacting Customer Care. Your statement will include the $2 fee for printed bills going forward.
It can take a few days for payments to be processed when they are made through your bank. To avoid any late fees when paying online or through your bank be sure to make your payment 3 day before the due date.

Yes, we will notify our customers of any changes as soon as they are confirmed. It will take a few months for these adjustments to take place. We appreciate your patience in this process.
Yes, nothing will be changed for the next couple of months. We will inform customers, if and when, payment procedures change.
For now, all billing and disconnect dates will remain the same. We will contact you if and when these changes are made.

Simply sign up for ebilling and receive notification of your bill by email each month. You will be asked to click in a link to get on our customer site, which will display your bill as well as other account information.
