Why does my account sometimes show a late payment when I pay online or through my bank?

It can take a few days for payments to be processed when they are made through your bank. To avoid any late fees when paying online or through your bank be sure to make your payment 3 days before the due date.

Why is my bill more (or less) than usual?

There are various reasons why your bill amount can be different:

  • If you've recently changed your service, pro-rated charges may be shown on your bill. Pro-rated charges are partial monthly charges and ensure that you will only be charged for the number of days the services were used for that billing period
  • If your service was just installed, you might see one-time fees included for installation or activation of services.
  • Your promotional price may have changed, as a result your monthly charge could be different to what you expected.
  • If you have purchased Pay-Per-View programming, please review your bill for movie titles and/or live events and the date on which they were purchased.

Do I still pay my bill to Logic?

Yes, we will notify our customers of any changes as soon as they are confirmed. It will take a few months for these adjustments to take place. We appreciate your patience in this process.

Will my direct debit payment still be in place with Logic?

Yes, nothing will be changed for the next couple of months. We will inform customers, if and when, payment procedures change.

What date is my bill now due? Does that change?

For now, all billing and disconnect dates will remain the same. We will contact you if and when these changes are made.
